Creative Dance Portraits

 The photographs of two models express different emotions and feelings translated through dance. The creative process involved asking dancers to improvise their movements to represent joy, hope, anger, and sadness. This was a challenging photo shoot: it was an overcast day, while I required lots of light to enable fast shutter speed to document motion without blur. Even though I had to increase the ISO and risk grain in my photos, I appreciate the resulting softness of the captured light. I used the Canon R and Photoshop & Lightroom editing software.
